Stellantis has released its global shipment forecast for the second quarter of 2026. As of June 30, 2026, the group expects total shipments for the quarter to reach 1.6 million vehicles, representing a 10% increase compared to the same period in 2025. This overall growth is primarily driven by strong performances in the North American and European markets.

In North America, shipments for the second quarter increased by approximately 122,000 units compared to the same period in 2025, marking a 38% growth. A significant portion of this increase is attributed to newly launched or refreshed products and powertrains, including the Ram 1500 HEMI® V8, the new Ram 1500 TRX SRT, refreshed Jeep Grand Wagoneer and Grand Cherokee models, and the updated Chrysler Pacifica. Additionally, the continued sales momentum of the all-new Jeep Cherokee and the new two-door and four-door Dodge Charger SIXPACK models also contributed to the results. The data also reflects preparations for planned summer production shutdowns.

In Europe, benefiting from an overall industry sales recovery, the group’s shipments for the second quarter increased by approximately 39,000 units, a 5% rise compared to 2025. This growth was driven by both Stellantis’ core brands and the Leapmotor brand, with battery electric vehicles (BEVs) serving as a primary catalyst. The growth in shipments for Stellantis brands was largely fueled by recent product launches. Demand for models based on the “Smart Car” platform—including the Citroën C3 and C3 Aircross, Opel/Vauxhall Frontera, and Fiat Grande Panda—remained robust, contributing an incremental 41,000 units, a 51% year-over-year increase. In the C-segment, the all-new Jeep Compass also made a positive contribution, adding approximately 8,000 units. These gains were partially offset by a decline of about 28,000 units in traditional B-segment SUVs, including the Jeep Avenger, Fiat 600, Opel Mokka, and Peugeot 2008. Notably, driven by strong demand for the T03 and B10 models, shipments of Leapmotor-branded vehicles grew by approximately 25,000 units year-over-year, reaching a total of 33,000 units.

In the Middle East and Africa, shipments for the second quarter decreased by approximately 4,000 units, a 3% decline compared to last year. In South America, shipments fell by about 7,000 units, also a 3% decrease. In the Asia-Pacific region, shipments remained flat year-over-year at 16,000 units.
