On September 15th, 2019, Changan Auto’s sub-brand, Oshan (Oushang)’s mid-size SUV Kesai GT (COS1° GT) was officially launched. The COS1° GT can be regarded as a performance version of Oshan COS1°, it is powered by a 2.0T+8AT power combination. The COS1° GT offers three variants according to different configurations, price range is 132,800-154,800 yuan (~US$18,769 – US$21,878).

The body size of the COS1° GT is 4880×1868×1775mm, wheelbase is 2800mm. Compared with the Oshan COS1°, the COS1° GT has a larger size in grille, the pure black design makes the middle LOGO more conspicuous, the grille is connected with the headlights on both sides, forming the visual effect of the open-eye corner, the top trim level model has LED light source and 225/55 R19 tires, and the other two models features tire size of 225/60 R18.
The interior of COS1° GT is consistent with the current COS1°. The center console features a symmetrical design and is wrapped with large area of soft material for a good touch. The central control area is equipped with a 10-inch touch screen, depending on the configuration, the vehicle provides panoramic images, driving recorders, zone air conditioners, and adaptive cruises. Common configurations such as tire pressure monitoring, keyless entry on the left side door, and push-button starter are standard.
Each variant of COS1 GT is available in 5/6/7-seat layout, including 2+3, 2+2+2, 2+2+3, 2+3+2 combinations, and rich seat layout style. The seats of mid-high trim models support electric adjustment, the front seats of the top models also have heating/ventilation functions.
In terms of power, it is powered by the same power system as the Changan CS85 COUPE. The maximum power of the engine is 229hp, the maximum torque is 360 Nm, and the 8AT gearbox comes from Aisin. In the driving assistance section, it features ACC full-speed adaptive cruise system and LDW(lane departure warning system).
