Changan Released Oshan COS1° GT on 2019 Shanghai Auto Show, Powered by Blue Whale 2.0T Engine

Changan Auto’s passenger car brand Oshan released a new SUV model: Oshan COS1° GT At the 2019 Shanghai Auto Show. Actually Oshan COS1° GT can be said the facelift version of Oshan COS1° that current selling on China market, but the new car has a certain change on appearance. Oshan COS1° GT is positioned in the mid-size SUV, powered by the strongest power combination: Blue Whale 2.0T engine + 3rd generation Aisin 8AT transmission, Same as Changan CS85. It is reported that Oshan COS1° GT will be launched at the 3rd quarter 2019.

Oshan COS1° GT adds more sports elements, it inherited the family-owned inheritance of the front face design from Oshan COS1°, there is a certain difference in appearance, the grille is larger in size and the interior decoration is changed from a four-pointed star to a rectangular shape. The fog light is slender and the visual effect is simple. The waistline, side skirt and lower guard line of the side body are simple and sharp.

Changan Oshan COS1° GT will be powered by Changan’s Blue Whale 2.0Liter turbocharged engine + Aisin third-generation 8AT transmission. The 2.0Liter turbo engine integrates the valve variable timing system technology, it is the same as Changan CS85 COUPE, with a maximum power of 171 kW (229HP), the peak torque is 360 Nm.

Oshan COS1° GT offers 5/6/7 seas, 2+2+3 / 2+3+2 seat layout available for 7-seat version.
