We obtained the declaration map of JAC Jiayue X8 from the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology. The new car is a product of the JAC 3.0 era. It is positioned above the Jiayue X7 and uses the latest design language. It mainly focuses on 6-seater but also provides 5-seat and 7-seat versions.
In terms of appearance, the JAC Jiayue X8 continues the shape of the previous exposure design. The front face uses a waterfall grille, which looks more three-dimensional, the headlight group is narrow, long and sharp. In addition, the new car also uses a large number of lines in the engine hood, daytime running lights, headlights and air intakes to enhance the angular feel of the front face.
In terms of body size, the length, width and height of the new car are 4795/1870/1758mm, and the wheelbase is 2810mm. In terms of configuration, the new car provides: 18/19-inch wheels with different shapes, two-color body, black luggage rack, panoramic image, sunroof, keyless entry and other equipment. According to official information, the new car will feature 6-seater, and will also provide a variety of seat combinations such as 5-seater and 7-seater. In terms of power, the new car is equipped with a 1.5T engine and a maximum power of 184 horsepower. The transmission system may be matched with a 6-speed manual/6-speed dual-clutch gearbox.
