On the evening of December 9th, Soueast Motor held a brand renewal meeting. During the event, Soueast DX9 ushered in its debut. At the same time, Soueast Motor also released two new concept models, Soueast N7 and Soueast A7, representing the future of Soueast Motor in the crossover design concepts in the field of SUVs and electric vehicles. It is understood that Soueast DX9 will be officially listed in 2022
Soueast DX9
Let’s first understand the Soueast DX9, which is the first model to be replaced with the new LOGO of Soueast Motor. In terms of appearance, a brand-new design style is adopted. The front grille tends to be shield-shaped and the headlights raised on both sides make the new car look more rugged. At the same time, the bar-type air intake and the four-point fog lamp under it greatly improve the recognition of the new car.
In terms of body size, its length, width and height are 4870/1950/1818mm respectively, and the wheelbase is 2800mm. At the rear, the light clusters on both sides of the new car are connected by a thicker chrome trim, which further enhances the sense of hierarchy at the rear. In addition, the car also uses a two-sided exhaust layout
From the official renderings, you can see that the design of the center console of the Soueast DX9 is as stable as the appearance, the dashboard and center control screen adopt the popular dual-screen design. In addition, a 7-seater layout will be adopted in the car. In terms of power, the new car will be powered by a 1.8T turbocharged engine with a maximum power of 245 horsepower (180 kilowatts).
Soueast N7
The Soueast N7 adopts a cross-border SUV body form. The new design language makes it full of technology and sports. The split headlights are unique in shape and harmoniously integrated with the front grille. At the rear of the car, the new car has a strong sense of hierarchy, and the slim taillights echo the headlights.
In the interior part, the design of the new car’s center console is very simple and sci-fi. The instrument panel and the center control screen are integrated and extend to the co-driver. Although the exaggerated large-screen shape is not adopted, the young and technological sense of the cockpit can still be felt. According to the official introduction, the new car will be equipped with Xiaonan, the smart butler, and will have assisted driving functions such as fatigue detection, automatic lane change and overtaking, and traffic jam assistance. Information on power has yet to be further disclosed by the government.
Soueast A7
As a pure electric car, the Soueast A7 has not yet revealed the true appearance. The official only introduced the design concept of the car with a design draft. The coupe-style body shape is quite sporty. At the same time, the design style of the car is also very different from that of the N7. From the four-seat layout, it can be seen that the official aim is to create a first-class driving experience. The two rear seats also have leg rest functions.
