We learned from Changan-Oshan (Oushang) officially that the 2020 Changan Oshan COS1°(Chinese:科赛) will be listed in the near future (expected around July 25-30). The new car is mained optimized on the configuration combination, the price range is expected to be 80,000-130,000 yuan (~US$11,623 – US$18,888).
Changan Oshan COS1° is designed by Changan Auto Italian Design Center. The hexagonal grille of the new car is embellished with dot starry dots elements, the middle is the new badge. The headlights adopt the full LED light source with the height adjustment and automatic headlight functions. Body size of 2020 Changan Oshan COS1° are 4830/1868/1775mm and the wheelbase is 2800mm.
Judging from the newly released official images, the design of the interior part of the new car is consistent with the current model, it is expected that there will be some optimization in the configuration. According to the official introduction, the new car will be equipped with active safety configuration such as ACC adaptive cruise, AEB active brake, body stability system, tire pressure monitoring.
In terms of power, 2020 Changan Oshan COS1° is powered by Changan Blue Whale 1.5T engine with maximum power of 175hp (131 kW) and maximum torque of 265 N.m, matching the 6-speed automatic transmission from Aisin. This set of powertrain has many years of mature application and market verification in Changan CS75, CS55.
