Great Wall Motors (GWM) officially launched its Ora brand in Chile on January 25, 2024. The Ora Funky Cat (or to be said “Good Cat” on the Chinese market or ORA 03 GT in overseas market), GWM’s first all-electric vehicle in Chile, was also launched on the same day. The Ora Good Cat completes GWM’s all-electric and hybrid product lineup in the Chilean market.
The Ora Funky Cat has a length, width, and height of 4,235mm, 1,825mm, and 1,603mm, respectively, and a wheelbase of 2,650mm. It is available with a choice of 48kWh or 63kWh battery packs and 105kW or 126kW electric motors. The car is equipped with L2-level driving assistance features, including adaptive cruise control (ACC), forward collision warning (FCW), lane keeping assist, and 360-degree panoramic vision.
In May 2023, GWM launched the Haval Jolion HEV and Haval H6 HEV hybrid models in Chile. The Chilean market is the third market for the Ora Funky Cat in Latin America, following Brazil and Mexico.
