Recently, we learned from Cowin Auto that its new compact SUV, Xuanjie (Chinese say “炫界”), will go on sale in the first quarter of 2020. At the same time, this vehicle is the first production model from Cowin Yibin Smart Factory.
In terms of appearance, Cowin Xuanjie adopts the design language of “wing of triumph”, which is very fashionable overall. Specifically, the car’s front grille is similar to the W-shaped design, with the three-stage air intakes below and the raised ribs on the engine compartment cover, it looks younger and sportier. At the same time, the official said that the design of its front grille was inspired by the middle letter W of English brand “COWIN”, thereby strengthening the brand recognition of the car.
From the side of the body, Cowin Xuanjie uses a segmented waistline design with high wheel eyebrows, which is full of sportiness. At the same time, the new car also uses the currently popular suspension roof and rear penetrating tail light design to further strengthen the car’s visual texture.
In terms of interior, Cowin Xuanjie features an embracing cockpit design and the center control design is biased towards the main driving side. Together with the simple lines of the center console, it makes the whole layered. At the same time, through the official map released this time, we can see that the car will be equipped with a 10.25-inch full LCD instrument and a 10.25-inch full LCD central control screen (which can achieve the linkage between the central control screen and the LCD instrument, and supports a display format of 1080P Video material, navigation projection, multiple sets of subject switching, etc.), with a double spoke flat bottom multifunctional steering wheel, the visual texture is outstanding.
In terms of configuration, Cowin Xuanjie will provide wireless fast charging for mobile phones (supporting 15W fast charging for Android phones and 7.5W fast charging for iPhones) for different models in the future. In terms of power, the official has not revealed more information, but we can see from the real shot that the car will provide a 5-speed manual transmission or automatic transmission in the future.
