ZXAUTO 1986 Exploration Edition is based on ZXAUTO 1986 Heavy-duty Edition, with new features such as a wading throat, an intermittent transmission, an off-road iron front bumper, an off-road iron rear bumper, two diesel filters, side pedals, water tank guards, a multifunctional steering wheel, six way leather seats, and a cigarette lighter.
In terms of power, the new pickup is powered by Jiangxi-Isuzu 2.8T diesel engine, with a maximum power of 88kW. The transmission system is matched with a 5-speed manual transmission, with a maximum speed of 145km/h, and can be optionally equipped with a rear axle differential lock.
