We recently obtained the declaration drawings of the SAIC Maxus MIFA 7 (Chinese name “大家7”) plug-in hybrid model from the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology. The new car is positioned as a medium-sized MPV, and adopts the family-style design language. It is equipped with a 1.5T hybrid engine with the model number 15FKE. Previously, the pure electric version of the MAXUS MIFA 7 was launched at the 2023 Guangzhou Auto Show, with a price range of 219,800-304,800 yuan.
Appearance
The front face of the MIFA 7 adopts a flat geometric cutting shape, with a ring-shaped light strip and T-shaped tear-eye light group. The two hard muscle lines on the hood extend to the A-pillar position.
On the side of the body, the straight and staggered waistline extends from the front fender to the rear of the car, and with the hidden door handles, the overall shape is very simple. At the same time, the side of the body also adopts a two-tone color scheme, the A/B/C/D pillars are all blackened, and the black side skirts and smoked wheels add a lot of sporty atmosphere to the new car.
Rear
The rear also adopts a simple and square shape, and the bar-type “7”-shaped lights echoes the front of the car. In terms of seat layout, it is 7-seat layout, in terms of body size, its length/width/height are 4907/1885/1756 (1768) mm, and the wheelbase is 2975 mm.
Interior
The overall interior is similar to the pure electric version. The new car adopts a dual-screen design for the central control, simplifying all physical buttons, and the shape is simple. The central armrest box and the instrument panel are in a transparent layout, continuing the consistent interior layout characteristics of MPV models.
Power
In terms of power, according to the declaration information, the new car is equipped with a 1.5T hybrid engine with the model number 15FKE, and the maximum power reaches 110kW. It is also equipped with a motor with a peak power of 176kW, and the ternary lithium battery comes from Sunwoda.
