It is reported that the exported 1,222 Citroen C5 X of overseas specifications will leave the Chengdu plant of Shenlong Motors on March 2. They will leave Shanghai port and finally arrive at the Dutch port of Dazeebrugge, and will be distributed to Stellantis Group in Europe. It is expected that by the end of this year, Shenlong will export to 45 countries and regions in the world, and the export volume will exceed one third of the output of this model in the Chengdu plant.
As early as September 2021, the first European exhibition vehicles of the C5 X have been shipped to 8 European countries for auto show. In 2021, a total of 1,238 Citroen C5 X have been exported overseas. “This time, 1,222 Citroen C5 X vehicles were exported overseas, breaking the record for a single vehicle export in the history of Shenlong.
