Recently, leaked images of a Xiaomi SU7 Ultra prototype have surfaced online. This is the first time the public has seen a physical prototype of the Xiaomi SU7 Ultra. Xiaomi officials previously stated that the production version of the Xiaomi SU7 Ultra is expected to be unveiled in 2025. The Xiaomi SU7 Ultra prototype has been undergoing rigorous testing at the Nürburgring and is scheduled to make its official debut in October. Following these tests, Xiaomi is considering bringing the prototype back to China for public display.

The Xiaomi SU7 Ultra prototype, as seen in real-world images, has undergone significant modifications for track performance. The rear features a dramatic rear spoiler and a diffuser that extends beyond the body. The vehicle is equipped with wide track tires and widened wheel arches. The body is adorned with lightning graphics and an “Ultra” badge. Large front and lower door spoilers contribute to the car’s low-slung stance. The interior is expected to include a roll cage and other weight-reducing features.

The Xiaomi SU7 Ultra prototype features an all-carbon fiber construction, with the entire body made entirely of carbon fiber, resulting in a lightweight 1900kg vehicle. Powering this prototype is a tri-motor all-wheel-drive system consisting of two V8s and one V6, delivering an astonishing 1548 horsepower. It’s also equipped with a high-efficiency racing battery pack capable of sustained high-power output. The vehicle can accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in 1.97 seconds, 0 to 200 km/h in 5.96 seconds, and 0 to 300 km/h in 15.07 seconds, with a top speed exceeding 350 km/h. The race car is also equipped with a track-specific braking system, including AP brake calipers and racing brake discs, enabling it to stop from 100 km/h to 0 in just 25 meters.
