Xpeng Motors delivered 5,700 units in December, the annual cumulative delivery exceeded 27,000 units
On January 4, Xpeng Motor announced the latest delivery data: In December 2020, the total delivery volume reached 5,700 vehicles, a year-on-year increase of 326%, setting a new high in 2020; Xpeng P7 delivered 3,691 units in a single month, an increase of 35% from the previous month, refreshing a record of the number of deliveries in a single month; Xpeng G3 delivered 2009 units in a single month, an increase of 35% from the previous month, setting a monthly sales record in 2020.
In 2020, Xpeng Motors delivered a total of 12,964 units in the fourth quarter, a year-on-year increase of 303%, and a month-on-month increase of 51%; the cumulative delivery of the whole year was 27041 units, a year-on-year increase of 112%.
In December 2020, there are many memorable events for Xpeng Motors. On December 11, Xpeng Motors completed its first additional issuance after its listing and raised US$2.5 billion, making it the largest additional issuance in the history of China’s U.S. listing compnies. On December 13, Xpeng P7 won the 8th Xuanyuan Award 2021 “China Car of the Year”. On December 21, Xpeng Motors officially delivered the first 100 G3 smart pure electric SUVs exported to Norway’s car owners. On December 29, Xpeng Supercharge realized free charging service for life in 100 cities.
