We learned from Chinese social platforms that BYD YUAN PLUS will enter into the Indian market. Meanwhile, according to Sanjay Gopalakrishnan, senior vice president of BYD India’s electric passenger vehicle business, BYD plans to enter the Indian electric vehicle market during the upcoming festive season (around September).

According to Chinese media reports, BYD Auto may use the upcoming 2023 Auto Expo in Delhi to showcase new products that may enter India, which may include the BYD Yuan PLUS and other models exposed this time. At the same time, BYD initially plans to sell 10,000 vehicles in India, and plans to build an assembly plant in India in the future.
