2019 Brilliance Zhonghua V7 (Black Sports Edition) will be officially launched in July 2019. The Brilliance Zhonghua V7 Black Sports Edition debuted as early as the 2019 Shanghai Auto Show. it adds a lot of black elements based on the current Zhonghua V7, anyway, the highlight of appearance is that V7 is much similar to BMW X3, it will also be powered by the 1.8T engine authorized by the BMW Group. Price is expected to remain the same, the current price of Zhonghua V7 starts from 108,700 – 156,700 yuan (US$15,739 – US$22,690).
The appearance of 2019 Zhonghua V7 follows the design language of the current model. The front face adopts a matrix grille, with the sharp front headlights on both sides, the LED daytime running lights inside the headlights are cleverly integrated with the grille.
The front face has also been adjusted for some details, such as blackened headlights, black grille, black rims and other elements to highlight the sports identity of the vehicle.
As a medium-sized SUV, 2019 Zhonghua V7 has the same body size 4702/1932/1753mm and wheelbase 2770mm as the current version.
In the rear part, the taillights on both sides have a well-defined taillight design that echoes the shape of the front headlight group and replaced label of the “300TDVI”. The two-way exhaust layout and the application of chrome trim strips make the new car more sporty.
Interior of 2019 Zhonghua V7 comes the same as current model, the central control uses a large area of soft material wrapping, carbon fiber plaque in front to enhance sports, in addition, 10.4 inch large screen and HUD head-up display configuration are all available. In terms of configuration, the new car is equipped with a panoramic sunroof, faux leather seats, panoramic images, lane departure warning, and lane change assistance.
In terms of power, 2019 Zhonghua V7 is powered by the BMW Group’s 1.8T CE18 Prince series engine, which has maximum power of 170kW(227hp), the maximum torque is 300Nm. The gearbox matches Getrag 7DCT, 0-100km/h acceleration time is 8.5s.
