Wuling Binguo EV goes on sale in Indonesia, price tag of over 1 billion rupiah


On December 20, 2023, Wuling Binguo (also knowns as Bingo) EV went on sale in Indonesia. This small cute EV is available in two battery options: 333 kilometers and 410 kilometers. The former is priced at 3.58 billion Indonesian rupiah, while the latter is priced at 4.08 billion Indonesian rupiah.

When converted to Chinese yuan, the prices are approximately 164,800 yuan and 187,800 yuan, respectively. This is significantly more expensive than the car’s price in China, which ranges from 59,800 yuan to 88,800 yuan.

Earlier this month, SAIC-GM-Wuling announced that the company’s total sales of new energy vehicles in November 2023 reached 59,372 units, an increase of 66% month-on-month. Of these, Wuling Binguo EV sales totaled 34,573 units, an increase of 19% month-on-month. The car received over 2,000 pre-orders when it first went on sale in Indonesia.
