On July 3, GAC AION Hyper GT was officially launched. The new car launched a total of 5 models, and the official guide price range is 219,900 to 339,900 yuan. The new car is based on the pure electric exclusive platform AEP3.0 and the new high-end electronic and electrical architecture – Xinglin architecture, positioning the pure electric coupe. The new car will provide three ranges of 560km, 600km and 710km.

In terms of styling, the front face of the new car has a simple design, the headlights are slender, and the layout of the internal light sources is also very delicate. The center of the new car’s lower surround is equipped with an electric vent that can be opened and closed at a certain speed, closed at high speed to reduce the wind resistance of the vehicle, and opened at low speed to enhance heat dissipation. There are also diversion grooves on both sides of the front surround, which can further improve aerodynamic performance.

The swing door opening method with smooth lines on the side of the body and the frameless windows give Hyper GT the visual sense of a sports car. Hyper GT’s door opening angle is designed to be as high as 43°, and the door opening width of the rotor is as high as 573mm, and it is equipped with a radar sensing system and 360° environmental perception. When encountering obstacles, the door opening angle can be adjusted in time to avoid collisions.

The huge spoiler at the rear of the car is also in line with the aerodynamic design. Its size is 1465/183mm, and its height reaches 108mm when opened. It adopts a curved surface design that fits the rear of the car. When starting, you can better control the wind and guide the flow. In terms of body size, the length, width and height of the new car are 4886/1885/1449mm, and the wheelbase is 2920mm.

In terms of interior design, Hyper GT looks simple and bright overall, but it still has a sense of technology. The three-spoke multifunctional steering wheel has a simple and attractive shape. Behind the steering wheel is an 8.8-inch LCD instrument, and the central control screen uses a 14.6-inch 2.5K high-definition screen. In addition, two wireless mobile phone charging modules are designed under the central control screen, and the integrated front sports seat headrest is also equipped with an audio system.

For the power part, Hyper GT has two power combinations, and the whole system adopts rear-wheel drive. Among them, the 560km and 600km versions are equipped with 59.9kWh ternary lithium battery and 70.1kWh lithium iron phosphate battery, equipped with a maximum power of 180kW and a maximum torque of 355Nm, the 710km version is equipped with an 80.1kWh ternary lithium battery, the maximum power of the motor is 250kW, the maximum torque is 430Nm, and the official acceleration time from 100 kilometers is 4.9 seconds.
