The much-anticipated XPENG MONA M03 has made its debut at the 2024 Chengdu Auto Show, with deliveries kicking off immediately. This stylish compact battery-powered sedan offers three trim levels, priced between 119,800 and 155,800 RMB. The top-of-the-line Max version is set to arrive in early 2025.
MONA M03 boasts a youthful design, featuring a distinctive T-shaped headlight assembly. The trapezoidal air intake, combined with an active grille (AGS), contributes to its impressive drag coefficient of just Cd 0.194.
The side profile of the car features a sleek fastback design, complemented by stylish new wheels. At the rear, the T-shaped taillights echo the front design, creating a cohesive look. The car measures 4780mm in length, 1896mm in width, and 1445mm in height, with a wheelbase of 2815mm.
The XPENG MONA M03 boasts a 15.6-inch central touchscreen and an optional instrument cluster. Powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8155 chip and 16GB of RAM, the in-house developed infotainment system offers a range of features, including 360-degree surround view and 3D map rendering. The 3D map provides real-time, detailed visualizations of roads, buildings, and even vegetation.
The new car will be available with two e-motor options, delivering maximum power outputs of 140kW and 160kW. This translates to acceleration times from 0 to 100km/h in as little as 7.4 seconds. Two lithium iron phosphate battery packs, with capacities of 51.8kWh and 62.2kWh, will be offered, providing driving ranges of 515km and 620km respectively.
