On October 12th, we learned from official sources that Denza held a brand launch event in Singapore, simultaneously releasing the right-hand drive version of the Denza D9. The vehicle is offered in both front-wheel and all-wheel drive, with prices ranging from 296,888 to 341,888 Singapore dollars (approximately US$227,000 – US$262,000 or 1.606 to 1.849 million Chinese Yuan). In 2024, Denza has been actively expanding into Southeast Asia. Following its entry into Hong Kong and Cambodia, the launch in Singapore marks the brand’s first foray into a right-hand drive market.
Denza D9, categorized as a mid-to-large MPV, is available in 17 configurations in the Chinese market. Priced between 339,800 and 660,000 yuan, this vehicle measures 5,250mm in length, 1,960mm in width, and 1,920mm in height, with a wheelbase spanning 3,110mm.
The vehicle offers a variety of powertrain options to suit different needs. Plug-in hybrid models, featuring a 1.5T turbocharged engine and DM-i technology, provide a combined power output of 299 kW and a peak torque of 681 Nm. Pure electric versions are available with either single-motor, front-wheel drive or dual-motor, all-wheel drive setups. The CLTC range for pure electric models ranges from 600 km to 660 km, depending on the configuration.
