(hereinafter referred to as EVE) announced that the company and Debreceni Ingatlanfejleszto Korlatolt Felelossegu Tarsasag (hereinafter referred to as the “Seller”), a subsidiary of the Hungarian Debrecen city government, signed the “PROJECT ROSE-NON-BINDING LETTER OF INTENT” ” (hereinafter referred to as the “Letter of Intent”), the company or its affiliated entities (designated later) intend to purchase the Target Real Estate from the Seller and establish a power battery manufacturing plant in Hungary in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in this Letter of Intent. It is reported that the target property is located in the Northwest Industrial Zone of Debrecen, covering an area of 45 hectares, producing a new type of cylindrical power battery.
EVE said that the cooperation will effectively meet the company’s future development needs for production land, and will help all parties to give full play to their respective resources and advantages, further expand the production capacity of power storage batteries, and continue to consolidate and enhance the company’s production capacity, influence, comprehensive competitiveness and international level of the new energy industry are important measures for the company to improve the global industrial layout, which is in line with the company’s development strategy and the interests of all shareholders.
