On August 5th, Volvo officially announced that the new generation V60 launched in the Chinese market by import, the new car will launch two engines for total of four models, with price range of 339,900-439,900 yuan (~US$48,336 – US$62,557).
The all-new Volvo V60 debuted in Sweden on February 28, 2018, the V60 is a wagon which was listed earlier than the new-generation sedan S60, both of them developed on the SPA architecture, so they have the same design language.
In terms of body size, the length, width and height are 4761/1850/1432mm and the wheelbase is 2872mm. Compared with the outgoing V60, all new Volvo V60 has increased 126mm and 96mm in length and wheelbase respectively.
The all new Volvo V60 imported into the Chinese market will be powered by 2.0T engine offering both T4/T5 models. The T4 has maximum power of 190 ps and a peak torque of 300 N.m, while the T5 has maximum power of 254 ps and peak torque of 350 N.m, transmissions matching 8-speed AT transmissions, all of them are front-wheel drive.
