A few days ago, we obtained a set of spy photos of all-new Trumpchi GS4 road test vehicles from Guangzhou Automobile (GAC). The overall size of the new generation Trumpchi GS4 is basically the same as the current GS4. The appearance adopts a new family design and introduces a new design of the two-tone rim shape. The interior is designed with dual LCD screens. It is reported that the all-new GS4 will be available at the end of this year.
In terms of appearance, size of all-new Trumpchi GS4 is very close to the current model, the front face will adopt the family-owned “Light and Shadow Sculpture 3.0” design style.
At the rear end, the new car will also adopt the latest design style. Although the road test vehicle has not installed the lamp cover, it can be seen that the internal structure of the lamp group is more complicated and the integrated functions will be more versatile. In addition, the two-way exhaust layout with chrome-plated elements makes the new car more dynamic.
In the interior part, all-new Trumpchi GS4 also adopts the latest family design language, the all-black interior scheme creates a good sense of movement, twin LCD screen design integrates both central control entertainment system and instrument in one piece.
The information about the powertrain has not been announced yet. Taking the current Trumpchi GS5 as a reference, the new car or be powered by 1.5T four-cylinder engine, the lower-powered version has maximum power of 152 horsepower, peak torque of 235 Nm, pairing 6-speed manual or 6-speed AMT transmission; higher-powered version has maximum power of 169ps and peak torque of 265 Nm. The transmission system is matched with 6-speed AMT transmission.
