NIO(Weilai) ES6 has been released on December 15, 2018. NIO Official says ES6 is positioned as a high-performance long-range intelligent electric SUV. It is available in three models: the Standard, Performance as well as Premier Edition. It is available in 70kWh and 84kWh battery capacities. The pre-subsidy price range is 358,000-548,000 yuan in China market. Among them, the NIO ES6 Premier Edition to be sold in limited 6,000 units.
NIO ES6 adopts two-tone body design. It is available in 8 colors. The real shot vehicle is white with 19-inch multi-spoke tire. NIO ES6 has a length, width and height of 4850/1965/1758mm and wheelbase of 2900mm.
The NIO ES6 adopts a dual-motor four-wheel drive system. The system consists of permanent magnet synchronous motor and induction asynchronous motor. The standard version adopts the front/rear two motors layout, each motor generates 160kW, the total output power is 320kW (428hp). The Performance and Premier Edition adopts the front 160kW/rear 240kW motor layout, with total output of 400kW (536hp), 0-100km/h acceleration time, the Standard Version is in 5.6s, the Performance Version and Premier Edition reaches 4.7s. The data is quite impressive and it is expected to be delivered in June 2019.
