Chery Unveils Liefeng Coupe Featuring 800V Solid-State Battery and 1500+km Range

On November 15th, Chery unveiled the Liefeng (Chinese “猎风”, can be simply translated as “Huntwind”) concept EV, its first coupe to feature a solid-state battery. The vehicle supports 800V high-voltage fast charging and offers a pure electric range exceeding 1500km. Equipped with a dual-chamber suspension and a C-EM range extender, Chery Liefeng can accelerate from 0 to 100km/h in just 3.3 seconds and reach a top speed of 260km/h.

Chery Liefeng boasts a striking design characterized by logo that applied on Chery Fulwin series, concealed headlights, and integrated LiDAR sensors. The vehicle’s aerodynamic profile is further enhanced by a flush-mounted hood, wire-controlled chassis, electric-powered doors, retractable electronic side mirrors, and an active rear spoiler. To optimize handling and performance, the Liefeng is equipped with low-drag 21-inch and 22-inch wheels that support rear-wheel steering.

Chery Liefeng boasts a cutting-edge 15.6-inch transparent screen and is powered by the high-performance Qualcomm Snapdragon 8295 chip. The vehicle seamlessly integrates with Huawei’s ecosystem for a comprehensive connected car experience. Furthermore, the advanced Shenxing intelligent driving system enables the Liefeng to perform Naturalistic Open-space Autopilot (NOA) parking and automatic valet parking in a wide range of scenarios.
