Looking back at the appearance, Chery Discovery 06 looks relatively tough, with a large gray grille that looks very domineering. The large-sized Chery English badge is on the grille, paired with narrow daytime running lights on both sides, which has a high overall recognition. The new car adopts a split type headlight assembly, with the front headlights located on both sides of the front face. The rear of the vehicle adopts bar-type taillights, with a unique mosaic design of red and white, which echoes the front daytime running lights. The lower surround is decorated with chrome and the same color trim as the body, giving it a very dynamic look, while the exhaust pipe is designed with a hidden design.
The overall interior adopts a straight and rugged design style, and is equipped with a large vertical central control LCD screen, a full LCD instrument panel, and a unique gear shift lever, giving it a strong sense of technology. At the same time, the addition of a large number of metal decorative parts to the interior also adds a more refined atmosphere to the entire interior.
In terms of body size, the length, width, and height of the vehicle are 4538/1898/1680mm, and the wheelbase is 2672mm. The approach angle of the new car is 21 degrees, the departure angle is 29 degrees, and the minimum ground clearance is 200mm, which can handle simple off-road conditions calmly. In terms of power, the new car is equipped with a 1.6T engine and a 7-speed dual clutch transmission, with a maximum power of 145 kW (197 horsepower) and a maximum torque of 290 Nm. The new car may be equipped with a four-wheel drive system throughout the entire series and will offer various driving modes such as snow, mud, and sand.
