On September 29, we obtained the official picture of its compact SUV, the new Tiggo 7 PLUS, from Chery Auto. As a facelift model, it adopts a brand-new “crystal color” appearance as a whole, which is more fashionable.
In terms of appearance, the new car adopts a new crystal color appearance, and the overall shape is coordinated. Specifically, the car is equipped with a large-sized polygonal front grille, and the interior is adorned with straight waterfall chrome trim strips. It is matched with the Chery brand LOGO in the center and the standard LED headlights on both sides to enhance the visual three-dimensionality. At the same time, the official also added red trim strips under the grille for decoration, which improved the color of the front face and widened the visual effect.
From the side of the body, the new car adopts a double waistline design style, with a suspended roof and 19-inch double five-spoke wheels, which is full of dynamic. At the rear, the new car is equipped with the popular bar-type taillight group, with a total of two exhaust layouts on both sides below, which not only enhances the visual layering, but also strengthens the sports atmosphere of this car. In terms of body size, the new car has a length, width and height of 4500/1862/1695mm and a wheelbase of 2670mm.
In terms of interior, the new car adopts the contrasting style of magnolia red + black, with chrome trim strips on the center console and door trim panels, which further enhances the car’s sense of luxury. At the same time, the three-spoke multi-kinetic flat-bottom steering wheel is equipped with a 24.6-inch screen.
In terms of configuration, the Tiggo 7 PLUS facelift (China Spec) will provide 8 speakers from Sony, L2+ intelligent driving assistance system (including ACC adaptive cruise system, LDW lane departure warning, AEB automatic emergency braking system, etc.), W-HUD head-up display, HDAVM360 panoramic image, car fragrance system, etc.
In terms of power, the new car will be equipped with a Kunpeng Power 1.6TGDI engine with a maximum power of 145kW and a peak torque of 290 Nm. In terms of transmission, it is matched with a 7-speed dual-clutch gearbox.
