The all-new generation Chery Arrizo 7 made its official debut at the 2026 Chengdu Motor Show on August 21, marking the model’s return to the market after an eight-year hiatus. Positioned as a compact sedan, the new Arrizo 7 measures 4,810 mm in length with a wheelbase of 2,770 mm.

The exterior adopts Chery’s latest design language, featuring slim headlights paired with a polygonal front grille accented by honeycomb-style elements, lending the vehicle a sporty aesthetic.

In profile, the sedan showcases dynamic character lines, complemented by black window trim, five-spoke wheels, and red brake calipers. The rear is highlighted by a full-width taillight assembly and an aggressive-looking rear diffuser.

Inside, the cabin is equipped with a fully digital instrument cluster and a floating central touchscreen. The system runs on Chery’s latest infotainment software, supporting smartphone connectivity and standard rearview camera functionality. Additional features include a panoramic sunroof, heated seats, and Level 2 advanced driver-assistance systems (ADAS).

Under the hood, the Arrizo 7 offers two powertrain options. The plug-in hybrid (PHEV) variant pairs a 1.5L naturally aspirated engine with a DHT transmission, delivering a maximum power of 82 kW and 137 N·m of torque. It boasts a combined fuel consumption of 0.65L/100km and a total range exceeding 1,700 km.

Alternatively, a traditional internal combustion engine model is available, featuring a 1.5T engine mated to a DCT transmission, producing 115 kW and 235 N·m of torque. The new model is scheduled for an official market launch later this year.
