Geely has officially unveiled its all-new wide-body flagship sedan, the Xingrui L PLUS. Positioned as a mid-size sedan and built on the robust CMA architecture, the model will be available with both internal combustion engine (ICE) and hybrid powertrain options.

In terms of design, the Xingrui L PLUS continues Geely’s signature aesthetic. The front fascia features the iconic “Ripple” grille, composed of 31 vertical chrome slats that provide a sophisticated and highly recognizable look. It is complemented by “Qiming Chunxiao” dual-lens headlights, which utilize diamond-cut lens modules to deliver a sharp, dynamic lighting signature that enhances the vehicle’s premium presence.

The vehicle measures 4,956mm in length, 1,915mm in width, and 1,505mm in height, with a wheelbase of 2,845mm. Compared to the Geely Galaxy Xingyao 7, the new model is only 2mm shorter, while all other dimensions remain identical, offering a class-leading wide-body stance and generous interior space. Customers can choose from 17-inch, 18-inch, or 19-inch wheel options to suit their aesthetic preferences.

The rear design adopts the popular full-width taillight trend, with a decorative strip featuring the brand logo running through the center, creating a cohesive visual effect that emphasizes the car’s width. The rear bumper is accented with chrome exhaust trim, adding a touch of sportiness and refinement.

Inside, the cabin is equipped with a 15.4-inch 2.5K floating center touchscreen and a 16.6-inch W-HUD head-up display, which integrates lane navigation, traffic light countdowns, speed alerts, and parking-specific lyrics. Physical controls have been retained for convenience. The car runs on the Flyme Auto intelligent cockpit system, featuring dynamic wallpapers, cloud storage, and comprehensive smartphone connectivity including Flyme Link, Huawei HiCar, Apple CarPlay, and CarLink. An EVA intelligent robotic assistant is also included, capable of displaying over 60 dynamic expressions. Additional premium features include 256-color ambient lighting, 50W air-cooled wireless fast charging, and a 16-speaker Flyme Sound system.

The seats are upholstered in a sporty suede material with red diamond-pattern stitching, conveying a high-end feel. The seats feature a 10-layer structure and offer 14-point pneumatic massage for both front and rear passengers. The rear cabin includes a fold-out table and an independent control panel in the center armrest for seat heating and ventilation. The front passenger seat also features “boss” controls. The vehicle provides 31 storage compartments and a 566L trunk with an electric tailgate.

The powertrain is a core highlight, with three options available: a 1.5T engine, a 2.0T engine, and a 1.5T hybrid system. The 1.5T engine produces 148kW, while the 2.0T engine delivers a robust 200kW. The 1.5T hybrid system features an engine with 120kW of power, achieving an impressive WLTC combined fuel consumption as low as 3.98L/100km, balancing performance with efficiency.

**Editor’s Note:**
The Xingrui L PLUS will work in tandem with the Geely Galaxy Xingyao 7 to target the traditional ICE and new energy vehicle markets, respectively. It is expected that the Xingrui L PLUS will offer a more competitive price point. The launch of the Xingrui L PLUS further rounds out Geely’s sedan product matrix, establishing a new flagship-level offering in the fuel-powered segment.
