The all-new Li Auto L9 has officially launched, with two models available priced between 459,800 and 509,800 RMB (approximately $63,500 to $70,400 USD). The top-tier Livis trim features an 800V active suspension system and a full steer-by-wire chassis. All models are equipped with a 72.7kWh battery pack, offering a CLTC pure electric range of 420km and a combined range of 1,650km. The vehicle also debuts Li Auto’s proprietary 5nm Mach 100 chip and features four zero-gravity seats, among other advanced intelligent and comfort-oriented upgrades.

In terms of design, the new Li Auto L9 refines its aesthetic with optimized details. The front “Star Ring” light is now more flush and supports three-color illumination. It integrates ADB matrix headlights and replaces ultrasonic radars with UWB technology for enhanced interactive lighting. The vehicle measures 5,255/2,000/1,810mm in length, width, and height, with a wheelbase of 3,125mm.

The side profile achieves a balanced stance through a shorter front overhang (reduced by 30mm) and a longer rear overhang (increased by 40mm), complemented by 22-inch wheels. The Livis trim features a dual-tone body finish using a triple-layer painting process, with hand-polished gold waistlines for a seamless, premium look.

Inside, the dual-screen setup has been upgraded to a single 29-inch ultra-wide panoramic display with a 92.4% screen-to-body ratio. It is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8797 Elite chip, boasting 320 TOPS of NPU computing power, a 90Hz refresh rate, and 6K resolution with 1,000 nits brightness.

The interior features diamond-patterned seating, genuine wood trim, and “flawless” theater-grade audio with a 9.3.6 panoramic sound system peaking at 5,440W. The second row includes an adjustable ceiling-mounted screen, electric armrests with pop-out cup holders, and extensive heating features across 29 touchpoints, including leg rests and armrests.

For intelligent driving, the high-end trim is equipped with four LiDAR sensors and dual proprietary 5nm Mach 100 chips, delivering a combined 2,560 TOPS of computing power. It supports full-scenario Navigation on Autopilot (NOA) and advanced parking features. The cabin also benefits from dual active noise cancellation technology, utilizing over 150 acoustic materials.

The chassis is a highlight, with the 800V active suspension allowing independent control of each wheel to eliminate nose-dive during braking and body roll during cornering. The full steer-by-wire system, including four-wheel steering, enables a tight turning radius of just 5.3 meters.

Powering the L9 is a third-generation 1.5T range extender paired with a dual-motor intelligent four-wheel-drive system. It delivers a total output of 420kW and 710N·m of torque, achieving a 0-100km/h sprint in 4.9 seconds. The 5C supercharging capability allows the battery to charge from 10% to 80% in just 10 minutes.
