At the 2026 Beijing Auto Show, Arcfox officially kicked off the pre-sale for its latest offering, the Arcfox S3. The new mid-size electric sedan is positioned competitively with a pre-sale price range of 64,800 to 125,800 RMB (approx. $8,938 – $17,352 USD). Available in both battery-swap and standard charging versions, the S3 is designed to capture a significant share of the mainstream EV market. Alongside the sedan, Arcfox also showcased the Wendao V9, a flagship large MPV built on the Polaris architecture, which is set to begin its own pre-sale on April 28.

The Arcfox S3 continues the brand’s established design language, striking a balance between high-tech aesthetics and athletic proportions. The vehicle measures 4,916mm in length, 1,900mm in width, and 1,480mm in height, with a wheelbase of 2,876mm. The side profile is characterized by semi-hidden door handles, while the rear features a sleek full-width taillight bar and an active electric spoiler that adjusts based on speed, complemented by a sharp rear diffuser.

Inside, the cabin follows a minimalist design philosophy. Every trim level comes standard with a 15.6-inch floating central touchscreen powered by the Snapdragon 8155 chip. The interior utilizes extensive soft-wrap materials and wood grain accents to create a premium atmosphere. One of the most versatile features is the “Bed Mode,” which allows the front seats (with headrests removed) to fold flat and connect with the rear seats. Furthermore, the rear seats offer a 118-degree recline angle, significantly enhancing passenger comfort for long-distance travel.

The seating is highly specified, featuring eight massage modes, ventilation, heating, and memory functions. Storage is equally impressive, with a standard 465L trunk and an additional 113L of hidden under-floor space. Tech-wise, the S3 is equipped with the Yuanjing Intelligent Driving system. The top-spec model is outfitted with LiDAR, enabling high-level Navigation on Autopilot (NOA) in both highway and urban scenarios.

In terms of performance, the battery-swap variant is equipped with a 159 kW electric motor, while the standard charging version uses a 150 kW motor. The charging models offer driving ranges of 560 km and 660 km, while the battery-swap version provides a range of 535 km. For the charging models, a 30% to 80% fast charge can be completed in as little as 21 minutes.
