At 2019 Chengdu Motor Show, the SAIC MG brand brought MG ZS facelift, a mid-gen refresh, compared to the outgoing model, MG ZS facelift has not only been redesigned for the exterior and interior, but also has a new 1.3T+6AT power combination and features L2 autopilot driving assistance system.

In terms of appearance, the new MG ZS features a more fashionable design style. The new car adopts a black honeycomb grille, the newly designed polygonal grille and the headlights are independent each other, the shape of the LED headlight group has also updated, he overall visual effect is sportier. On the body side, the new car maintains the basic shape of the current model but replaced with the new style black rim. On the rear end, the taillight design has been adjusted, the exhaust has been changed from a hidden design to a bilateral two-out. In addition, the new car is also painted in black on the headlights, air intake grille, rear view mirror, etc., which is sportier.

In terms of configuration, the new MG ZS features new generation Zebra 3.0 car interconnect system to support more applications. In addition, the new car will also be equipped with L2 driving assistance, adding LKA (active lane keeping) and LDP( lane departure correction).
