JAC New Energy launched a new version for its small electric SUV, the JAC iEV7S, the official named JAC iEV7S 70th Anniversary Edition, it offers two trims, price starts at 89,500 end at 104,500 yuan (~US$12,536 – US$14,637) after subsidy. Actually there is nothing changed in appearance and interior, the new car has only upgraded in configuration.
On the morning of August 27th, the Jianghuai brand new model – gift version was officially launched, the new car launched a total of two models, subsidized after the sale of. The new car is built on the existing model, and the appearance of the interior has not changed much. It is still designed by the Jianghuai family, and the overall style is quite young and fashionable. The main configuration of the new car has improved. In terms of power, the new car is still equipped with a front-end motor with a maximum power of 92 kW. The battery capacity is 50 kWh, and the NEDC’s comprehensive cruising range reaches 402 km.

JAC iEV7S is a small SUV model, the new car has a length, width and height of 4135/1750/1560mm. While keeping the body constant, the wheelbase is 10mm increased than the old 2490mm, reaching 2500mm.
In the interior, JAC iEV7S maintains the design style of the old model, giving people a sporty sense. In particular, the center console is wrapped in a large area of red soft material, and features an 8-inch touch screen display, supporting Baidu CarLife mobile phone interconnection, it also features functions such as tire pressure monitoring, GPS navigation, reversing images and so on. In addition, the new models have added ESP system, brake assist system, traction control system, and automatic parking.
In terms of power and battery range, it offers two range versions. JAC iEV7S is powered by a motor with maximum power of 92kW (123hp). Among them, the low trim model is equipped with a lithium iron phosphate battery with capacity of 42.8kWh, the comprehensive range is 198miles(320km), it takes 45mins to charge from 30% to 80% in fast charging mode. The high trim model is equipped with a ternary lithium battery with capacity of JAC iEV7S 70th Anniversary Edition , range can do 249miles(402km) in comprehensive condition, it takes 40mins to charge from 40% to 80% in fast charge mode.
