2027 Geely Boyue Debuts with GEEA 3.0 Architecture and 1.5TD Powertrain

Geely has officially unveiled the 2027 Boyue, the latest iteration of its popular compact SUV. Built on the new-generation GEEA 3.0 electronic and electrical architecture, the updated model continues to leverage the brandโ€™s global success, with the Boyue series having surpassed 2.45 million units in cumulative sales across more than 60 countries and regions.

The exterior design features a prominent shield-shaped front grille adorned with vertical chrome elements, seamlessly connecting to the headlights for a distinct visual identity. At the rear, the vehicle adopts a full-width taillight design, complemented by the Geely brand lettering and a dual-exhaust setup that enhances its sporty aesthetic. Practicality remains a focus, with the SUV offering a dual-layer trunk capacity of 585L plus an additional 75L.

Inside, the cabin follows a wraparound design philosophy, centered around a 14.6-inch infotainment display. It runs on the Flyme Auto 2 smart cockpit system and features a customized version of AutoNavi 850 maps. Safety is bolstered by a suite of advanced driver-assistance features, including door-opening warnings, lane-change assistance, rear collision warnings, and rear cross-traffic alerts.

In terms of dimensions, the 2027 Boyue measures 4,570 mm in length, 1,865 mm in width, and 1,635 mm in height, with a wheelbase of 2,707 mm. Compared to the outgoing model, the new version is 21 mm longer and 15 mm lower.

Under the hood, the SUV is powered by a 1.5TD engine paired with a 7-speed wet dual-clutch transmission (7DCT). While official output figures for the 2027 model are pending, the current engine produces 181 horsepower and 290 Nm of torque. We will continue to monitor for further updates on pricing and market availability.
