On December 3, the all-new medium-sized pure electric car under the HYCAN Automobile was officially launched in the Chinese market. The new car launched a total of 3 models, with a price range of 179,800 to 269,800 yuan. The new car is the first model based on the HYCAN H-GEA architecture. The high-performance version accelerates from 0-100km/h in only 3.7 seconds.
HYCAN A06 features a all-new design language, the overall shape is round, and at the same time, it uses a lot of smooth lines, with a closed grille. It looks like a pure electric vehicle at first glance. In addition, its headlights adopt a split design. The headlights, horizontal light bars and vertical decorative parts together form an arrow shape along with the body lines.
In terms of body size, the length, width and height of the new car are 4965/1920/1520mm respectively, and the wheelbase is 2850mm, which is a normal mid-sized car. The side of the body of HYCAN A06 uses full curves, the shape is smooth, and it has the style of a coupe. Its drag coefficient is 0.217Cd.
The shape of the rear of the car is also very simple, with a straight through-type taillight added to the center of the rounded tail, which is very recognizable when lit; the lower bumper is in bright black color, which looks good with a sense of hierarchy.
The interior of HYCAN A06 features a symmetrical layout, which is also a minimalist design style. The entire center console is only designed with air-conditioning outlets, and all functions are concentrated on the large-size touch screen of the center control, which is in line with the current fashion trend.
The central control touch screen of HYCAN A06 has a size of 14.6 inches. It is equipped with HI-OS, a new self-developed car system of HYCAN, which supports sight wake-up, lip movement recognition and gesture control. In addition, all its series are equipped with Qualcomm 8155 chip as standard, which makes the car-machine system run more smoothly. Of course, the 10.25-inch LCD instrument is also standard.
In terms of other configurations, HYCAN A06 is equipped with HYCAN Pilot intelligent driving assistance system, including lane departure warning, front collision warning, traffic sign recognition, reminder of the vehicle ahead, traffic light reminder, lane keeping (centering), adaptive cruise and other functions. At the same time, remote control parking and panoramic images are also standard.
In terms of power, the new EV is equipped with a ternary lithium battery and a permanent magnet synchronous motor. According to different configurations, the total power of the motor is 135 kW, 160 kW and 340 kW, and the peak torque is 225 Nm and 534 Nm. In terms of cruising range, the CLTC pure electric cruising range of the new car is 550km (550A model) and 630km (630C model).
